Generally you should not need any tech support with using your run of the mill static web site. Once your web site is completed, we can keep it updated for you, or you can do it yourself if you know how to program HTML. Although, if you break it, first we'll slap your hand, then you will have to pay us to fix it.
If you are editing your web site yourself, we recommend you use Dreamweaver. Stay away from Microsoft's FrontPage as it will ruin a lot of our standard HTML programming code.
If you are using any of our eCommerce web sites or our PsiclopediaTM eBusiness System we can provide monthly support for $35 per month. Actually, this fee is not mandatory, but it does cover telephone, instant messenger and email support, once your training is complete.
