Extra Costs

Alright, so we call this our Extra Cost page. Technically we provide custom programming services to all of our customers, and we usually have no need to charge any more than what is outlined ahead of time in your contract.

The pricing you see on this page covers all the service we provide and these are the prices we would charge you IF and only IF you ask us to do something crazy and off the wall. For example, something our Psiclopedia eBusiness System does not already include, that would take us a long time to research and hours of development to meet your specific needs. As we write this, we can't even think of an example. But if you can, then email us.

Although, please notice the pricing for graphical work. Sometimes, if we need to recreate your logos or edit photos for you, we will need to charge you extra. Oh, if you ask us to retype endless pages of faxed copy, we usually need to charge you for retyping. That's why we rather get all your info via email.

Anything NOT explicitly provided in a packaged web design is charged on an hourly basis.

Image/Photo Touch ups	$200 per hour

Animated Images	$200 per hour
Videography (sound/lights/video filming per person rate)	$200 per hour
Video Editing/Production for DVD or Web	$200 per hour
**All crazy, off the wall web programming requires additional time for testing and troubleshooting. All hourly rates shown above are for actual programming time, and does not include any basic testing for problems that arise during the normal course of programming. (i.e. hyperlinks that break themselves, images that disappear, or finding unforeseen glitches or security holes in web site functions)
