Even though this is an older email program, it's still very rock solid. Netscape Mail 7.2 provides many built in spam filter features that are far superior to Outlook Express.

The most secure passwords contain letters, numbers and special characters.
For secutiry, we require that all our customers choose passwords of at least 6 characters in length, and include both letters and numbers.
You can change your password at any time through the Psi Prime WebMail feature. |

 |
We also provide a simple WebMail feature that can be used to access your email from any web browser when you are on the go.
The address for your web mail is https://mail.domainname:20000/
Use the same username and password setup for each email account.
When you log into your web mail you will automatically view your email inbox. You can read your emails directly from there, the interface should be intuitive, if not, give us a call and we'll walk you through it's basic functions.
You can also change your password through the web mail interface. To do this first click on the Home icon on the top left of the screen, it looks like a computer. You will then see an icon for Change Password, it shows 2 skeleton keys. Enter your current password and your new password. Make sure to write your new password down because we will not be able to recover them if lost, we will only be able to reset passwords rather than looking up the current/lost password. |
